Koko Laisa is 1 of my favourite Samoan foods! It is sweet and chewy. I love it when my family makes Koko Laisa and it would probably be finished in seconds with my family. There are 2 different ways of making Koko Laisa, one is the Samoan way and the other way is the English way. For the English way, all you have to do it change the Koko Samoa into some kind of English Koko. I am pretty sure that is easy to find at your local dairy!
I am a learner at Glen Taylor School in Auckland, New Zealand. I am in Room 12 and my teacher is Mr. Nikiforuk.
