Today we met Megan. Megan was from the Bigfoot cycling program.
We learnt about the 4 point check. The 4 point check is checking the breaks, the wheels, the quick lever checks and the red rear reflective.
I learnt that you always wear a helmet when you are on a bike and make sure the the helmet has no cracks.
